Every year, lots of mittens are lost during winter in Finland. I don't have statistics, but Idon't have doubts either. Every mitten is a story, every mitten has a pair which is probably forgotten in some drawer, every mitten has an owner with an uneven amount of mittens.
When spring comes and the ice starts melting, the lost mittens start to appear, bringing with them memories of a winter past, and reminding us of the summer that is just around the corner.
Lost mittens carry a sense of nostalgia, a remembrance of the cold, dark days that were left behind; they're a subtle reminder of the hardships of winter. But at the same time, those memories remind us why we enjoy summer so much. All those wintery days make the season which is upon us a time of
joy.

When we look up at the sky we see the future? Are we stuck with the past? How long is "now"? They say that the past is composed of memories and actions. For artists, the past looks like an old street where they once walked by. And the present feels uncertain of how long they could stay on that path with the few remaining artists who can afford to stay. While the future is unknown and hidden between the stars.All is yet to be seen.
