NON-COMMERCIAL USE
You may use the pictures for personal use. Personal use means non-commercial use of the images for display on personal websites or social media, or making prints for personal use. The images may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. The images may not be used in advertising. The images may not be resold, relicensed, or sub-licensed.
Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the image(s) remain exclusively with the photographer. The photographer should be credited whenever possible as "Alejandro Ramirez", unless stated otherwise.
There are no warranties, express or implied. The image(s) are provided 'as is.'
The photographer shall not be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or buyer's use of the image(s).
Examples of personal use:
- Posting on your personal social media to share with family and friends
- Print to have at home
- Use as documentation for a project or event
COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial use means the licensed material is being used with the primary intent of generating profit, revenue, or a competitive business advantage. The connection to money doesn’t have to be direct. Printing a stock photo on a product you sell is obviously commercial, but so is embedding that same photo in an advertisement, a client-facing newsletter, or a landing page that funnels visitors toward a purchase. The material doesn’t have to be the thing you’re selling. It just has to support the selling.
Scenarios that reliably qualify as commercial:
Products that incorporate the work, such as t-shirts, posters, software templates, or digital downloads sold to customers.
Paid services, like displaying licensed artwork in a subscription video course, using licensed music in an ad-supported podcast, or building licensed code into software you charge for.
Marketing and promotion, including brochures, social media ads, trade show displays, and email campaigns, even when the material itself isn’t sold.
You may not resell, relicense, redistribute without express written permission from photographer. Use as a derivative work, and reselling or redistributing such derivative work is prohibited. Images may not be incorporated into trademarks, logos, or service marks.
Photographer retains all rights, license, copyright, title and ownership of the images, unless stated otherwise.
The following uses are considered commercial use:
- Ads, promoted posts on social media, and commercials, online and offline.
- Company videos, presentations, websites and social media accounts of a business.
- Products you sell: merch, prints, games, apps, templates, courses, e-books.
- Personal promotion for profit: advertising your work, selling courses, promoting paid events

These terms are applicable under Finnish copyright law.
